“At the forefront for the future”

Jacinta aims to advance the arts community by drawing from the skills, expertise, experience and knowledge she has acquired from her extensive professional career in the arts. Being at the forefront of expectations for the future she aims to create innovative and inspiring opportunities, where potential is fulfilled and dreams are realised.

My positive attitude, persistence and great organisational skill highlight my leadership talent. I enjoy working in a tempest of activity and embrace challenges where solutions and problem-solving are necessary.  My strategic foresight capabilities enable me to manage and develop options and identify preferred responses.

Organisation is vital when balancing multiple projects and financial demands. Having strong people skills enable me to build trust and motivate others to work harder, thereby creating long term viability of the art form.

I truly value the energy of artists who know that the present is imperative for the future – this is what it’s about – passion energy, spirit

To be at the forefront for the future, promotes and develops the arts and artists of the twenty-first century.

Being involved in the arts gives me the unique opportunity to guide artists positively to feel confident and responsible about their chosen field and understand that with passion, energy and spirit they can reach their goals. “The future depends on what we do in the present.” – Mahatma Gandhi.

The arts are essential and people need it for survival. Society and artists need each other, all the arts are imperative for society. It is essential to continually introduce people into the arts. People must feel that they belong to the arts, that they need the arts in their lives. “The aim of an artist is not to solve a problem irrefutably, but to make people love life in all its countless, inexhaustible manifestations.” -Tolstoy
